Returns & Refunds Policy

At Sacred Geometry Emporium, we stand behind the quality of our products. Because most items are made to order by trusted production partners, we handle returns a little differently to reduce waste and keep prices fair.

What we accept

We will replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us first before sending anything back—this helps us resolve the issue quickly.

Please don’t return items without authorization and don’t ship items back to the manufacturer/print partner.

How to request help

Email us at sales@sacredgeometrical.com or use our Contact page with:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the defect/damage and the packaging (if damaged in transit)

Please reach out as soon as possible (within 14 days of delivery) so we can take care of you promptly.

What happens next

Once we review your message and photos, we’ll reply with one of the following:

  • Replacement (most common and fastest)

  • Refund to your original payment method

  • Return or disposal instructions (in some cases we may ask you to return the item)

If we ask you to return the item, we’ll cover the return postage.

Change-of-mind & fit issues

Because we’re a small studio and nearly all products are printed on demand, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for undamaged items (e.g., change of mind, ordered the wrong size or color). Please check size charts and product details carefully before ordering.

Order changes & cancellations

Orders often enter production shortly after they’re placed. We usually can’t cancel or modify an order once it has been submitted. If you need a change, contact us immediately—we’ll help if it’s still possible.

Refund timing

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take 3–10 business days to post the credit.

Shipping damage

If the parcel looks damaged on arrival, please photograph the outer packaging as well as the product. This helps us file a claim with the carrier and resolve things quickly.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under consumer laws in your jurisdiction (including the Australian Consumer Law). Where applicable, you are entitled to a remedy for goods that fail to meet consumer guarantees.
